Designed to target common problem areas (legs, bums and tums), LBT classes will help you to build muscle and tone up. LBT is a full-body aerobic workout that aims to tone up thighs, bum and stomach. Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness using both weights and your own body weight. LBT is helpful if you want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels. The focus is very much on toning and tightening.

HIIT the STEP
HIIT the Step is a 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a step. Using the principles of High Intensity Interval Training. It will tone and define your muscles, giving you a great shape. Although HIIT the step burns calories, and your main goal is to lose weight, it makes you stronger and increases your endurance.

Spin is a great low-impact cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike!
Focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery..

HIIT
A HIIT class is a High Intensity Interval Training workout, It incorporates several rounds that alternate between 30secs-1min bursts of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower-intensity movements. These types of classes can be an efficient, fun way to tackle your cardio workouts, add muscle, and shred serious fat.

Circuit training involves rotating through moderate-intensity exercises with little to no rest. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) can apply a few different activities or one exercise alone, such as sprinting, at maximum intensity for short intervals followed by short rest intervals.
